Teluknaga, Tangerang Regency
The road repair project is underway on the main section connecting Teluknaga with Bojong Renged for about 7 kilometers. As a result of the work, traffic flow has been severely congested, especially during the morning and evening rush hours, even at 12 noon.
This road repair was carried out to overcome the damage that has been complained about by residents, such as potholes, bumpy surfaces, and poor drainage. The repair activities are part of the Tangerang Regency Government's infrastructure priority program for 2025.
Tangerang Regent Maesyal Rasyid directly visited the project site on Monday, April 14, 2025 and apologized to the public for the inconvenience that occurred during the work process.

"To the people who use the Bojong Renged-Teluknaga road, I apologize profusely because during this work process there will certainly be congestion and mobility disruptions," he said, quoted from the official website of the Tangerang Regency Government (tangerangkab.go.id).
Congestion are inevitable, especially during rush hour. Many motorists are forced to slow down due to the narrowed lanes and heavy equipment working at the location. Even so, this repair is expected to be a long-term solution to the complaints of residents who have had to struggle with damaged and potholed roads. This project is not just a patchwork, but an improvement in the quality of infrastructure that will support the economic activities and social access of the people of Teluknaga and its surroundings.
When the roads are smooth, go to the market, school, or workplace will also be faster and more convenient. Instead of complaining every day about damaged roads, it's better to support the repairs now, right? When the roads are repaired, not only will the vehicles run more smoothly, but the residents will also feel the direct impact. So, even if you have to face congestion for a while, believe me, this is all for the common good.
Here are some tips that may be helpful to residents during roadworks that cause congestion:
Tips for Dealing with congestion During Roadworks
1. Leave Early, try shifting your departure time 15-30 minutes earlier than usual. This can help you avoid peak traffic and give you more time if the roads are congested.

3. Prepare Entertainment in the Car, listen to podcasts, audiobooks, or favorite playlists to make congestion time more enjoyable and less boring.
